We purchase old properties, usually historical farming estates or castles, and convert them into contemporary, luxurious and comfortable single or multiple residential homes or apartments with a lot of living space and recreational features.

All the original ancient elements that have an aesthetic value are kept or re-used during the renovation process and are harmoniously combined with matching high level modern and ecological materials and equipment.

The options we habitually offer are an indoor pool with a botanical garden including a wellness/spa area featuring jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and cold water tub, a private glass elevator (there are usually 3 or more levels),computerized house-management system, indoor barbecue, pizza oven, tepan-yaki, cold storage room, garden, etc.

We propose refurbishments ranging from 300 square meter apartments in farms comprising several affordable units to exceptional properties of more than 2’000 square meters of sheer luxury, prestige and sophistication.
